Presenting

Present what you selected, in reading order, with the rest of the board dimmed, alone or for everyone at once.

Presenting on the board: slide 2 of 5 under a light, the rest of the board dimmed behind dark glass, the laser dot on the slide, and the presenter's bar below.

Start presenting

1Select what to present: slides, sheets, frames, anything. With nothing selected, the board's frames are the slides.
2Press Present to present on your own screen, or Present to everyone so everyone on the board follows you.
3Move through with the arrow keys. The order is top to bottom, then left to right, the way the board reads.

The camera flies to each item and frames it, the rest of the board goes behind dimmed glass, and the item on stage drops into place under a light. A frame is shown as exactly its area, other items fill most of the screen, and long documents open at reading width so you can scroll them.

Presenter controls

Next and previous: → ↓ PageDown or Space, and ← ↑ or PageUp. Home and End jump to the first and last.
Zoom: + and - zoom in and out, 0 fits the slide again.
Laser pointer (L): A red dot everyone on the board sees.
Full screen (F): Hides the browser around the board.
Live sheets: The sheet on stage stays live: click into it, or play it full screen with keys and mouse going to it.
Stop (Esc): Flies you back to where you were.

The bar at the bottom fades after a few seconds without movement and returns when you move the mouse.

Present to everyone

Everyone on the board follows your screen and your laser while you present, and sees which slide of how many they are on. Someone can step out with Stop following (Esc), and people who join late see a Follow button to catch up.
