Working live
See everyone's cursor and selection, follow someone around the board, point with the laser, and chat at your cursor.
Seeing each other
Everyone on a board has a color, and everyone sees what the others are doing as it happens:
- Cursors
- Each person's pointer with their name, and a ripple where they click.
- Selections
- An outline in their color around what they have selected, with "moving" or "resizing" while they do.
- Activity
- Next to their name: drawing, editing a note, editing a shape, and their stroke as they draw it.
- Typing
- The first words of what they are typing into a chat with the AI, and where: in the chat, or about an item.
- Sheets being written
- A sheet the AI is writing for anyone streams in on every screen at once.
None of this is stored. It is sent live and gone when people leave.
Follow someone
The round badges in the top bar are the people on the board; after five, a +N shows the rest. Click one for two choices:
- Follow their screen live
- Your view moves with theirs. A frame in their color and a Following banner show it.
- Jump to where they are
- Takes you there once.
Stop following with Stop following, Esc, or by scrolling or clicking the board yourself.
Cursor chat
Press / and type: your words appear in a bubble at your cursor for everyone, letter by letter, up to 100 characters. Enter clears it for the next line, Esc closes it, and it closes by itself five seconds after your last key. Quick reactions, 馃憤 鉂わ笍 馃槀 馃帀 馃敟 馃憖, float up from your cursor. Viewers can use it too, and nothing is kept.
Laser pointer
While presenting, press L for a red laser dot with a fading trail that everyone on the board sees. See Presenting.
